3/4 cup almond or your favorite milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped strawberries plus extra for topping
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- In a glass resealable jar, add oats, almond milk and chia seeds.
- Next add strawberries, natural sweetener if desired, vanilla extract and shake jar to mix.
