  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup almond or your favorite milk

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries plus extra for topping

  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  • In a glass resealable jar, add oats, almond milk and chia seeds.
  • Next add strawberries, natural sweetener if desired, vanilla extract and shake jar to mix.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill.
  • Top with fresh strawberry slices before serving.  Enjoy!
