Too busy you say? No problem. These basic, flavorful ingredients come together in no time flat. Go ahead, indulge just a little today.
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, soy etc)
- 1 cup yogurt (try vanilla, coconut, or your favorite greek yogurt)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 3-5 ice cubes
- (optional) 2 pitted dates or honey to taste if you’d like a little extra sweet
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!
