It’s spring!  Time for fresh blackberries and satisfying smoothies!  Check out this recipe featuring fresh blackberries plus shredded coconut.  A simple delicious combination sure to please!



  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • (Optional) sweeten with honey to taste


  • Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. Enjoy!
